These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Equlum App AI ("Company," "we," "us"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Equlum App AI platform at equlumappai.ca, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform or services.
1. Eligibility
To use the Equlum App AI platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of a jurisdiction where the use of our services is lawful
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be on any sanctions list or subject to financial regulatory restrictions
- Provide accurate, truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the platform
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.
2. Account Registration & Security
When you create an account on the Equlum App AI platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Update your information promptly if it changes
- Keep your password and two-factor authentication codes confidential
- Notify us immediately at support@equlumappai.ca if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Not share your account with any other person or allow third parties to access your account
We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3. Platform Services
Equlum App AI provides an AI-powered automated trading interface that connects users with regulated third-party broker partners. Our platform:
- Analyses market data and generates trading signals using machine learning algorithms
- Executes trades on your behalf through your assigned regulated broker
- Provides a dashboard for monitoring portfolio performance and adjusting risk settings
We do not hold, manage, or custody your funds directly. All capital is held by your assigned broker in accordance with that broker's regulatory requirements. Equlum App AI is a technology interface, not a financial institution or investment adviser.

4. Risk Acknowledgement
By using the Equlum App AI platform, you expressly acknowledge and accept that:
- All forms of trading and investment carry significant risk of financial loss
- Past performance of the platform or its algorithms is not indicative of future results
- You may lose some or all of your deposited capital
- Automated trading does not eliminate market risk
- Leveraged products, including CFDs and forex, carry amplified risk
- You should only invest capital you can afford to lose without affecting your standard of living
We strongly recommend consulting a qualified independent financial adviser before making investment decisions.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Fees
All financial transactions — deposits and withdrawals — are processed by your assigned regulated broker. Equlum App AI does not process payments directly. The minimum deposit to activate trading is $250 CAD (or equivalent). Processing times and transaction limits are set by the broker and may vary.
Equlum App AI earns a performance-based commission on profitable trades. There are no platform subscription fees or hidden charges. Any additional fees charged by the broker (such as spread, overnight financing, or withdrawal processing) are disclosed by the broker during onboarding.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Equlum App AI platform for any of the following:
- Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our algorithms or platform code
- Using automated scripts or bots to manipulate platform behaviour
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform limitations or policies
- Providing false information during registration or verification
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing platform staff or other users
Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Equlum App AI platform — including but not limited to the software, AI algorithms, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of Equlum App AI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Equlum App AI, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Equlum App AI in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
10. Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
